TAG Heuer makes every effort to deliver e-commerce orders as quickly and conveniently as possible.

Complimentary Express Delivery is included with each order:
- Next Day Delivery on orders placed before 01:00 PM.
- Orders placed after 01:00 PM will be delivered the day after tomorrow.
- Orders placed after 01:00 PM Friday will be delivered on the next Tuesday.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. Subject to certain exceptions set forth below, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of the merchandise.

Returning a TAG Heuer product is free, easy and convenient. It can be done within 14 days of receipt.

To return or exchange your order, simply go to the e-return page and follow the 4 steps outlined here.

Any product purchased online can be refunded provided it is returned in the same condition as when purchased. The refund will be made in the same currency and by the same payment method as the purchase.

Our watchmaking experts will assess the quality of each returned item. Products that do not meet the requirements of the returns policy will be refused and returned to the customer. You will be notified by email of the status of your return. No exchanges or returns for personalised items.

Our stores are not authorised to refund or exchange items purchased online.
