ONLINE SHIPPING POLICY:
- Free Standard Shipping is included with each order. For your convenience, we also offer an Express Shipping option.
- Standard Shipping: Free - Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.
- Express Shipping: $25 - Please allow 1 business days for delivery.
Shipment & Delivery:
- Regarding the TAG Heuer Connected Modular 45 : The Connected Modular 45 manufacture requires highly specialized skill and craftsmanship. Upon order, this version of the CM45 will be specifically assembled for you and shipped directly from our workshops in La Chaux de Fonds, which may take up to 28 days.
- We will make every effort to process and ship your order the same day.* This applies to orders placed before 2 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.
- Packages may be scheduled for Saturday delivery where that service is available. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.
- To protect your merchandise, an adult’s signature (21+) is required upon delivery.
- Please refer to your shipping confirmation email from FedEx for exact delivery details.
- For orders totaling over $50,000, a TAG Heuer Client Services Representative will contact you to arrange for delivery via secure courier.
Orders are available for shipping to all 50 states. At this time, we do not ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, or APOs. In-store pickup is not currently available.
Refund of Shipping Charges:
A refund for expedited shipping charges may be given in the event that a shipment is not delivered on time or multiple shipments were inadvertently charged for the same order number on the same day. To request a refund of shipping charges, please call 1-855-824-1860 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Certain orders require additional processing.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
- We want you to be completely happy with your order. Subject to certain exceptions set forth below, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of receipt of the (original) merchandise.
- Please note: a return authorization must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the merchandise and product returned within 10 days of the return authorization being issued. Further, all products must be returned with the original receipt, in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all original shipping and product packaging, protective materials, and tags in place. TAG Heuer will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or if the 14-day return authorization has passed.
- Individual items valued at $20,000 and above are considered a final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
- Personalized products are considered a final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
- Watch bracelets that have been adjusted at the customer’s request must have been done so by TAG Heuer or a TAG Heuer Authorized Retailer and should be returned with all the links originally shipped.
- Should you wish to make a free return by mail, please access the “My Orders” page in your account on our website shop.tagheuer.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be provided with a Return Authorization number and also a FedEx return label will be sent to your email. You may then package the return in its original box, attach the label, and drop at a FedEx location or go to a FedEx location where the item can be packed for you. We recommend you keep note of your return tracking number which is located on the label itself. Receipt of return shipments is required within 10 days of receiving your return authorization number.
- You may also contact us by phone at 855-824-1860 to make return arrangements or are welcome to visit a TAG Heuer Boutique in the United States to return your merchandise for a refund (to the original form of payment), in accordance with this return policy.
- After 14 days, products in need of servicing should be sent to the customer service center and will be covered under the 2 year warranty.
