TAG Heuer Wellness app uses the sensors built into your watch to track your daily activity.


Learn how to configure your profile to track your live heart rate, step count, calories burned and active time and enter your steps and calories goals to help you stay active. Then, read the history of your results and follow your progress in the short or long term.

STEP 1

Open TAG Heuer Wellness app

Short press the bottom button on your watch to open TAG Heuer Wellness app.

You can also access TAG Heuer Wellness from the apps menu by pushing the crown and from your tiles by swiping left.

STEP 2

Allow access to sensors

To start with, allow your TAG Heuer Connected to use sensors.

This will authorize your watch measure movements and heart rate.

Tap ‘Allow’ or push the top button to go to the following step and touch the red checkmark to accept.

Complete your profile

To have the most accurate data, complete your profile by filling your gender, age, height and weight.

The values you enter can be changed at any time from TAG Heuer Wellness and TAG Heuer Sports settings.

Press 'Complete' or the top button to start defining your profile.

Indicate your gender

"Swipe vertically or turn the crown to scroll through choices. The category in large letters is the one kept when you validate.

Press the top button or checkmark to select your choice.

Register your height

If needed, start by pressing the bottom button to change the unit of measurement.

Swipe vertically or turn the crown to display your height and press the top button or the red mark to move on to the next step.

Enter your weight

If necessary, press the bottom button to switch between kilograms and pounds.

Swipe vertically or turn the crown to display your weight and press the top button or the red mark to move on to the next step.

Select your age 

Scroll through the numbers to show your age and press the top button or red mark to validate.

Set your daily goals

To help you define your daily goals, fill in your active routine.

Scroll vertically and tap ""Lightly"", ""Moderately"" or ""Highly"" to set the frequency and intensity of your weekly physical activity.

Refine and confirm goals

For each category you will get a default number of steps and calories.

If you want to change it, tap Steps or Calories, and scroll through the list to modify the value.

Touch ‘Confirm’ to complete your profile.

STEP 10

Discover TAG Heuer Wellness

Access to your live heart rate, number of steps, burned calories, and time spent in the active zones (from fat burn to cardio peak) by swiping up or turning up the crown within the app.

The rings show you the evolution of your goals throughout the day.

You can also track your history and goals with TAG Heuer Wellness on your smartphone.

Update your profile and goals

To modify your profile or goals, turn the crown upwards to you reach the end of the TAG Heuer Wellness interface.

Tap ‘Change my goals’ to modify your steps and calories and ‘Update my profile’ to change your height, weight, gender and age.

From the goals and profile settings, press ‘Close’ to save modifications.
