TAG Heuer honours influential women and Avant-Garde style
London, February 8th, 2007 – TAG Heuer, one of the world’s leading luxury Swiss watch brands, together with Mary McCartney unveiled their unique photography exhibition celebrating 15 exceptional women from 15 countries as seen through the eyes - and lenses - of the world's top female photographers.
“TAG Heuer Strength & Beauty” is a project created by TAG Heuer to raise funds for the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM). Through a series of 35 beautiful portraits, the participants contributed their time, celebrity and creativity to support UNIFEM’s global mission to promote women’s rights and gender equality.
TAG Heuer’s high profile guestlist included names such as Joely Richardson, Stella McCartney, Sophie Dahl, Delta Goodrem, Roland Mouret, Matthew MacFayden, Jordi Molla and Jodie Kidd.
Jasmine Guinness and her friend Poppy Lloyd DJ’d, ensuring a chic yet soulful party that lasted into the night.
