Kimi Räikkönen
Like most modern Formula One stars, Kimi Räikkönen began his motor racing at the tender age of 10 in the national and international kart racing scene, before climbing behind the wheel of a car in 1999.

For his second season the Finn, at just 21 years of age, remained with Manor and won the British Renault Championship with ease with seven wins out of a possible ten. That same season he also contested the Formula Renault series where he clocked up another two wins.

Jumping from Formula Renault directly to F1 was at that time the biggest career progression in motor racing. He joined SauberF1 in 2001 helping the team to its best finish, fourth. He only stayed 1 season before being snatched up by Ron Dennis. During his 5 years with McLaren F1, Kimi made his mark on the team securing a total of nine wins, eleven poles and nineteen fastest laps and finished 2 seasons vice-champions. In 2007 he switched to Ferrari, securing his first win, first pole position and first fastest lap for the team in his debut race. Such an hat trick hasn’t been realised since Juan Manuel Fangio! The 2007 Formula 1 season led Kimi to the podium. With six victories, three pole positions and six fastest laps in his first year with Ferrari, Kimi Räikkönen becomes the 2007 Formula 1 World Champion !!

Kimi Räikkönen has devoted his passion for design and technology to actively take part in the concept and development of TAG Heuer watches and, more recently, of TAG Heuer Avant-Garde Eyewear line. He wears the TAG Heuer Carrera Racing as well as the New TAG Heuer Formula 1.
