WELCOME BACK OFFER PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
Customers who purchase a new TAG Heuer watch must submit their existing TAG Heuer watch to a TAG Heuer boutique within 7 days before or after the purchase date.
Welcome Back Offer provides a complimentary complete service worth up to 900,000 KRW for your previously owned TAG Heuer watch.
Customers purchasing Connected Watches are excluded from this offer. Connected Watches, High-Complication Watches and vintage watches are excluded from the after-sales service under this offer.
Customers who have already submitted their watch for repair or who purchase a new watch outside the period are not eligible for this offer.
The benefit is only vaild for the purchaser's own watch and is non-transferable.
If you return a newly purchased watch, the cost of the provided complete service will be charged. No additional vouchers or extra benefits will be provided.
SERVICE DETAILS
The after-sales service provided will be worth up to 900,000 KRW, with the service scope defined by TAG Heuer's official after-sales policies. A 2-year after-sales warranty is provided for this service.
The service details will vary depending on the type and condition of the watch and will be carried out without a separate estimate.
Polishing is included as a standard service. If you do not wish to receive this service, please request to decline the polishing service in advance.
