By ordering any of our Products, you acknowledge being 18 years old or older and you agree to be bound by these Terms and the other documents referred to in these Terms. Please print a copy of these Terms for future reference.
We amend these Terms from time to time as set out in clause 6. Every time you order Products from this site, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.

2.1. The images of Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Whilst we make every effort to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on our site accurately reflect the color of the Products.
2.2. The packaging of the Products may also vary from that shown in the images on our site.
2.3. All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available. If the Product you ordered is not available, we will not process your order. Please see clause 5 for further information.
4.1. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products we sell to you on our site that are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these Terms will affect your legal rights.
4.2. We are under a legal duty to supply Products that are in conformity with this Contract.
5.1. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order before submitting it. If you submit an order to us which contains an error, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone as soon as possible to correct the error. We will try to correct any error in the order submitted by you before it is processed, but we cannot guarantee this.*
5.2. After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This order acknowledgement does not mean that your order has been accepted by us. We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
5.3. If we are unable to supply you with a Product (for example because that Product is not in stock, no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site), we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Product, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible and in any event, within 14 days of our e-mail notification to you.
5.4. Unless specified otherwise, the purchase of the Product(s) is a one-off purchase that will be deemed completed once both parties have complied with their obligations in full.
6.1. We may revise these Terms from time to time. You should read these Terms carefully prior to the purchase of each Product from our site.
6.2. Every time you order Products from us, the Terms in force at that time will apply to the Contract between you and us.
6.3. If we revise these Terms and you have already placed an order with us, the revised Terms will not apply to the order that you have placed.
7.1. We want you to be completely happy with your order. Subject to certain exceptions detailed below, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of delivery of the original item, at our expense.
7.2. To return an item, please follow our return process included in your parcel or through ourreturns page.
7.3. Please note: a return authorization must be initiated within 60 days of receiving the order and the Product returned within 10 days of the return authorization being issued. In addition, all Products must be returned with the original receipt, in an unused state and in brand-new condition, with all original shipping and Product packaging, protective materials, and tags in place.
7.4. Unless the Product was faulty at the time of delivery, we will not accept any return if the Product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or if the 10 day returns authorization has passed.
7.5. Personalized Products are considered as final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
7.6. Watch bracelets that have been adjusted at your request must have been done so by us or a TAG Heuer Authorized Retailer and should be returned with all the links originally shipped.
8.1. We do not charge our clients for shipping and handling. We normally send all merchandise using a reliable carrier. Depending on the country of delivery, please allow 3 to 14 calendar days for delivery once you have received the Dispatch Confirmation.
8.2. Please refer to your delivery confirmation email from our carrier for exact details and parcel tracking reference.
8.3. For orders totaling over £ 38 000.-, a TAG Heuer Customer Service Representative will contact you to arrange delivery.
8.4. Please note that you might experience a delay on the delivery due to customs requirements on your home country.
8.5. Please note that the Products might be subject to local customs charges.
9.1. The prices of the Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time. Please see clause 9.4 for information about price errors on our site.
9.2. Prices for our Products may change from time to time. Any changes to the price of Products on our site will not affect any order for Product(s) which we have confirmed to you with a Dispatch Confirmation.
9.3. The price of a Product includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
9.4. Our site contains a large number of Products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the Product's correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. Where the product’s correct price is higher than that advertised, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price. In such case, we will contact you to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.

10.1. All prices on our site are in Pounds Sterling.
10.2. You can only pay for Products using [all major] debit cards or credit cards [as set out during the payment process]. You agree to pay in full the prices for any purchases you make either by credit or debit card concurrent with your online order or by other payment means acceptable to us:

10.4. If you do not make any payment due to us by the due date for payment and still do not make payment within 5 days of us reminding you when that payment is due, we may:
10.5. If you dispute any payment you have made to us in good faith and contact us to let us know promptly after you have made the payment that you dispute, clause 10.4(b) will not apply for the period of the dispute.
11.1. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we will be responsible to you for the loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the Contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.
11.2. We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Product for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
11.3. We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability in any way that would be unlawful. That includes liability for:

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an act or event beyond our reasonable control (“Event Outside Our Control”) provided that we contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for an Event Outside Our Control. If there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the Contract and receive a refund for any Products you have paid for but not received.
13.1. When we refer, in these Terms, to "in writing", this will include e-mail.
13.2. If we need to contact you or give you notice in writing, we will do so by e-mail or by pre-paid post to the address you provide to us in your order.
With our Connected Watch Trade-In program, you can trade in your eligible TAG Heuer Connected and receive a credit on your purchase of a new TAG Heuer Connected. When purchasing a new TAG Heuer Connected through the program, you agree and are bound by Trade-In specific terms and conditions (PDF).
14.1. The Connected Watch Trade-In program (the “Program”) is operated in the United Kingdom by LVMH Watch & Jewellery (UK) Limited, trading as “TAG Heuer”, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 1620385 (“TAG Heuer”, “we”, “us” or “our”) whose registered office is located at Duval House, 16 - 18 Harcourt Street, Worsley, Manchester, M28 5GN. The Program provides you with the option to receive a credit in exchange for trading in your current TAG Heuer Connected watch from previous generations (the “Current Watch”), when you purchase the latest generation of the TAG Heuer Connected watch commercially released by TAG Heuer in 2022 (the “New TAG Heuer Connected”). The Program runs from February 10, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) subject to the terms and conditions below (the “Trade-In Terms”). By participating in the Program, you agree to and are bound by these Trade-In Terms.
14.2. The Program may not be available in all TAG Heuer stores. Please refer to our web page https://www.tagheuer.com/stores to find the list of TAG Heuer selected stores where the Program is available (the “TAG Heuer Selected Stores”). You can also benefit from the Program after you have purchased a New TAG Heuer Connected on our website by following the process set out in paragraph 7.
14.3. Your Current Watch will be eligible for the Program: (1) if it belongs to one of the eligible generations of TAG Heuer Connected watches (for more information on the eligible generations, please visit our Program web page or ask a customer advisor in one of our TAG Heuer Selected Stores), (2) if we can confirm its authenticity and (3) if its serial number is perfectly legible. TAG Heuer reserves the right to reject specific watches based on their condition (notably if their authenticity cannot be confirmed).
14.4. You will be able to trade in your Current Watch and receive a trade-in credit (the “Trade-In Credit”) which can be used towards a purchase of the New TAG Heuer Connected from the Effective Date of the Program. The amount of your Trade-In Credit will vary depending on the generation of your Current Watch. TAG Heuer may in its sole discretion amend the applicable Trade-In Credit amounts from time to time but we will not amend Trade-In Credit amounts which we have already agreed with you. Please refer to our Program web page or ask a customer advisor in one of our TAG Heuer Selected Stores for the most up-to-date information on the applicable Trade-In Credit values. By participating in the Program and trading in your Current Watch, you agree to transfer the title and ownership of your Current Watch to TAG Heuer as detailed in paragraph 6 (where purchasing from a TAG Heuer Selected Store) or paragraph 7 (where purchasing from the TAG Heuer e-commerce website). Your Current Watch will not be returned to you under any circumstances once you have transferred its title and ownership to us under the Program (see also paragraph 9).
14.6. TAG Heuer Selected Stores: To benefit from the Program in one of our TAG Heuer Selected Stores, you must purchase a New TAG Heuer Connected in the store and trade-in your Current Watch at the same time. You must bring your Current Watch with you so that our teams can confirm its eligibility and the value of the Trade-In Credit. After successful completion of these steps, provided you are happy to proceed, you will receive your Trade-In Credit towards the purchase of a New TAG Heuer Connected. The title and ownership of your Current Watch will be transferred to TAG Heuer upon completion of the purchase of your New TAG Heuer Connected with the Trade-In Credit and paragraph 9 will apply.
14.7. TAG Heuer e-commerce website: To benefit from the Program online, you must first complete your purchase of the New TAG Heuer Connected on our e-commerce website. You will then need to contact our Customer Care team within thirty (30) calendar days following delivery of your New TAG Heuer Connected to initiate the trade-in process. Our Customer Care team will provide you with (i) instructions to perform an initial assessment of the eligibility of your Current Watch and of the applicable Trade-In Credit (note that you can also contact our Customer Care team to perform such initial assessment before purchasing your New TAG Heuer Connected), (ii) instructions and timing requirements for the shipment of your Current Watch to us if the initial assessment indicates that your Current Watch is eligible and (iii) a prepaid shipping label which you must use to return your Current Watch. If you return your Current Watch other than via the prepaid shipping label, the shipment will be at your expense. If you do not contact our Customer Care team by the end of the thirty (30) calendar day period following the delivery of your New TAG Heuer Connected or do not ship your Current Watch within the time period instructed to you by our Customer Care team, the benefit of the Program will be void and your Current Watch will no longer be eligible for the Trade-In Credit.
Upon receipt of your Current Watch shipped in accordance with our instructions, our Customer Care team will proceed to a final confirmation of its eligibility and of the applicable Trade-In Credit and communicate such confirmation to you. After such confirmation and once the return period applicable to the purchase of your New TAG Heuer Connected has expired (see paragraph 14), the title and ownership of your Current Watch will be transferred to us and paragraph 9 will apply. We will proceed with the payment of the amount corresponding to your Trade-In Credit after the end of the return period applicable to your New TAG Heuer Connected, in the same currency and through the same payment method used for your purchase of the New TAG Heuer Connected. If we conclude that your Current Watch is not eligible for the Program pursuant to the Trade-In Terms, our Customer Care team will inform you accordingly and we will return your Current Watch to you, at our expense.
14.8. By participating in the Program and giving us your Current Watch, you agree and confirm that you are the sole legal owner of the Current Watch and you will pay TAG Heuer any losses which it suffers resulting from any claims that the trade in of the Current Watch was not duly authorized, that you were not the legal owner of the Current Watch, or that you did not have the right to transfer ownership to TAG Heuer, for example due to a third party’s rights.
14.9. By participating to the Program, you understand and agree that once the title and ownership of your Current Watch is transferred to TAG Heuer, TAG Heuer will initiate the disposal process of the Current Watch and will no longer be able to recover it. You disclaim any and all right or title in and to your Current Watch once it has been transferred to us, including the right to collect, as applicable, its value other than the received Trade-In Credit.
14.10. You must perform a factory reset and remove all personal information from your Current Watch before handing it or sending it to us pursuant to paragraphs 6 or 7. You agree and confirm that you will have performed such factory reset and removed all personal information from your Current Watch before providing it to us. TAG Heuer shall not be responsible for the disclosure or any other processing of any private information that has not been removed from your Current Watch prior to its return or shipment.
14.11. You must use the following methods of payment for the purchase of your New TAG Heuer Connected under the Program: all major debit or credit cards, Paypal (for online purchases only) or wire transfer in certain TAG Heuer Selected Stores depending on countries. Cash payments are also accepted in certain TAG Heuer Selected Stores, to the extent permitted by law and by our internal policies. Other methods of payment (e.g., payment in several instalments through a financing solution which may be available in some countries) are not available for a purchase under the Program.
14.12. Each individual will only be entitled to one (1) Trade-In Credit per New TAG Heuer Connected bought irrespective of the number of TAG Heuer Connected watches from previous generations returned.
14.13. Returns – General: Taking part in the Program does not affect your right to return your New TAG Heuer Connected in accordance with your legal rights and our applicable return policies, subject to paragraphs 4and 9.
14.14. Returns – Online: For returns of the New TAG Heuer Connected purchased on our website, we will reimburse you the purchase price in the same currency and through the same payment method used for the purchase of your New TAG Heuer Connected in accordance with our online terms and conditions of sale which can be found on https://www.tagheuer.com/legal/terms.html and the benefit of the Program will be cancelled. If you return your New TAG Heuer Connected during the applicable return period and you have sent us your Current Watch to receive Trade-In Credit, we will return your Current Watch to you at our expense and you will not receive Trade-In Credit.
14.15. Returns – TAG Heuer Selected Stores: Returns of the New TAG Heuer Connected purchased in TAG Heuer Selected Stores shall be subject to the applicable return policy of the store where the New TAG Heuer Connected has been purchased. Please ask the customer advisors in your TAG Heuer Selected Store for additional information on any such return policy.
14.16. TAG Heuer reserves the right to exclude from the Program certain specific models or editions of the New TAG Heuer Connected collection. Further details can be supplied on request.
14.17. The Program is only available to consumers who will purchase the New TAG Heuer Connected for domestic and private use. The purchase of a New TAG Heuer Connected with the intention of reselling it is strictly prohibited under the Program.
14.18. The Program cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts or offers unless specifically provided for in the terms and conditions of such offers.
14.19. TAG Heuer reserves the right to terminate, adapt or amend the Program, including the Trade-in Credit values, the eligibility criteria, the trade-in conditions and the Trade-In Terms at any time, provided that any such changes shall not impact on any existing agreement that we have with you, nor on any offer we have made to you provided it is accepted within the original time limit we have given to you.
14.20. The Program eligibility or the Trade-In Credit offered by TAG Heuer are not transferrable to any person other than you, as the owner of a Current Watch or a New TAG Heuer Connected.
14.21. TAG Heuer reserves the right to decline or cancel your participation in the Program, if we believe that your participation is pursuing an illegal or fraudulent purpose.
14.22. Each of the paragraphs of these Trade-In Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
14.23. These Trade-In Terms supersede and cancel prior agreements or terms covering the previous trade-in program launched on June 1, 2021.
14.24. Other than as specified in these Trade-In Terms, our standard terms and conditions for the sale of TAG Heuer products will also govern your purchase of the New TAG Heuer Connected. In case of inconsistency or conflict between the Trade-In Terms and our standard terms and conditions, the Trade-In Terms shall prevail.
14.25. Nothing in these Trade-In Terms affects your legal rights.
14.26. These Trade-In Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident including the right to bring a claim in that country. Nothing in these Trade-In Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
14.27. Alternative dispute resolution is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. If you are not happy with how we have handled any complaint, you may want to contact your local Trading Standards Services which can be found at https://www.tradingstandards.uk/consumers/support-advice.
15.1. We may transfer our rights and obligations under a Contract to another organization, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms.
15.2. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree in writing.
15.3. This Contract is between you and us. Except as expressly set out in this clause 14, no person who is not a party to this Contract shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. The rights of the parties to terminate, rescind or agree any variation, waiver or settlement under this Contract are not subject to the consent of any other person.
15.4. Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
15.5. If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and any written waiver does not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.
15.6. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This means a Contract for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Contract (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by the law of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
16.1.1. We are LVMH Watch & Jewellery (UK) Ltd, trading as TAG Heuer, with our registered office address at Duval House, 16-18 Harcourt Street, Worsley, Manchester, M28 3GN (referred to below as ‘TAG Heuer’).
16.1.2. By entering this prize draw you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. TAG Heuer reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
16.1.3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
16.1.4. All entries must be submitted via the Form on the TAG Heuer website (referred to below as the ‘Form’).
16.1.5. To enter the prize draw you must enter the competition within the following competition dates: from 09:00 Monday 09th May2022 to 12:00 Monday 30th May 2022 (referred to below as the ‘Closing Date’). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.
16.1.6. You must enter the prize draw with your own personal details; you may not enter on behalf of anyone else. There is only one entry allowed per person. Should you use a false name or e-mail you will be disqualified.
16.1.7. Subject to paragraph 8 below, the promotion is open to UK residents only aged 18 years of age or over.

16.1.9. Internet access will be required, and, TAG Heuer will not pay a contribution to its cost.
16.1.10. No bulk or third party entries shall be accepted. Entries made online using methods generated by script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
16.1.11. TAG Heuer accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
16.1.13. The winners will be picked at random [via a computer process] from all of the valid entries received before the Closing Date.
16.1.14. By completing the Form and agreeing to enter the prize draw, you will then be entered and given the chance of winning a pair of Centre Court tickets with Hospitality to Finals day of the cinch Championships at the Queen’s Club on 19th June 2022 and 2 places to play on Centre Court at the Queen’s Club on 20th June 2022 (referred to below as the ‘Prize’).
16.1.15. There will be 2 winners in total.
16.1.16. TAG Heuer must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation TAG Heuer will send the surname and county of Prize winners to anyone who emails email@example.com or writes to [TAG Heuer, LVMH Watches & Jewellery UK Ltd 16-18 Harcourt Street, Worsley, Manchester, M28 3GN] within one month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact TAG Heuer firstname.lastname@example.org. In such circumstances, TAG Heuer must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
16.1.17. The Prize is supplied by The Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) of The National Tennis Centre, 100 Priory Lane, Roehampton, London, SW15 5JQ. Each winner agrees to comply with the Ticket Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Entry as outlined by the LTA.
16.1.18. TAG Heuer will contact the winners (via the contact details they provided at entry - TAG Heuer is not responsible for details inserted incorrectly) within 5 working days of the Closing Date. If the winner doesn’t respond or accept the Prize (including providing name and details of the winner) within 48 hours of the 1st communication, TAG Heuer reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next valid entrant drawn at random via the process set out at paragraph 13 above.
16.1.19. The Prize is exclusively as stated. The Prize must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be deferred or transferred and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
16.1.20. The Prize is only redeemable by the named winner. It must not be sold on.
16.1.21. TAG Heuer cannot guarantee that the Prize will be free from all disruptions, failings and/or errors.
16.1.22. TAG Heuer reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond TAG Heuer's control makes it necessary to do so.
16.1.23. Insofar as is permitted by law, TAG Heuer, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of TAG Heuer, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
16.1.24. TAG Heuer reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the promotion at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
16.1.25. In consideration of being awarded the Prize the winner may be asked by TAG Heuer to take part in publicity related to the subject of the promotion. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of the entrant’s name, photograph and statements made by the entrant concerning the promotion and/or Prize.
16.1.26. TAG Heuer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16.1.27. The prize draw (including these terms and conditions) will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

16.2.8. The promotion is NOT open to: TAG Heuer employees and their immediate families, their agents or anyone else in any way professionally connected with the promotion.
16.2.9. Internet access will be required, and, TAG Heuer will not pay a contribution to its cost.
16.2.10. TAG Heuer accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
16.2.12. The promotion will be run for as long as stock of the Product (CAZ101M.FT8024) is available for purchase on the TAG Heuer UK website within the promotion dates and times referenced in paragraph 4 above. If stock on the TAG Heuer UK website is sold out before the promotion Closing Date, the promotion will end immediately.
16.2.13. When you purchase the Product (CAZ101M.FT8024) before the Closing Date in accordance with these terms and conditions, you will be entered automatically and given the opportunity to receive one personalised video message from a Manchester United FC player who is part of the first team registered Premier League Squad (referred to below as the ‘Promotion Gift’). You will not be able to choose the player who will provide your personalised message and it could be any player from the Manchester United FC registered first team squad.
16.2.15. TAG Heuer will contact the promotion customer (via the contact details they provided at purchase - TAG Heuer is not responsible for details inserted incorrectly) within 5 working days of the Closing Date. If the customer doesn’t respond or accept the Promotion Gift (including providing the proposed video message they would like recorded) within 48 hours of the 1st communication, TAG Heuer reserves the right to retract the Promotion Gift.
16.2.16. As set out at paragraph 15 above, all promotion customers are required to submit the personalised message that they would like to be recorded within 48 hours of being contacted by TAG Heuer. The personalised message must not be discriminatory, offensive, defamatory, contain expletives or be otherwise inappropriate. TAG Heuer reserves the right to refuse requests for personalised messages that are inappropriate and whether a message is inappropriate will be at the sole discretion of TAG Heuer.
16.2.17. Final recorded messages may not match word for word to that submitted and it is at the discretion of TAG Heuer & Manchester United FC to amend the message where deemed appropriate.
16.2.18. The Promotion Gift is exclusively as stated. The Promotion Gift must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be deferred or transferred and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
16.2.19. The Promotion Gift is only redeemable by the individual who purchased the Product (CAZ101M.FT8024). It must not be sold on.
16.2.20. TAG Heuer cannot guarantee that the Promotion Gift will be free from all disruptions, failings and/or errors.
16.2.21. TAG Heuer reserves the right to replace the Promotion Gift with an alternative gift of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond TAG Heuer's control makes it necessary to do so.
16.2.22. Insofar as is permitted by law, TAG Heuer, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion Gift except where it is caused by the negligence of TAG Heuer, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
16.2.23. TAG Heuer reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the promotion at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
16.2.24. In consideration of being awarded the Promotion Gift you may be asked by TAG Heuer to take part in publicity related to the subject of the promotion. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of your name, photograph and statements made by you concerning the promotion and/or Promotion Gift.
16.2.25. TAG Heuer’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
16.2.26. The promotion (including these terms and conditions) will be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
