We work closely with our partner Global-e & his carrier DHL Express to respect the estimated delivery lead-times and minimize the potential impact of any shipping delays. In some cases, you may be contacted by DHL Express or our Customer Service to provide additional ID information or documents mandatory for customs clearance process.
