TAG Heuer call center. Calls to customer service operated by or for TAG Heuer.

TAG Heuer live chat. Chats with customer service operated by or for TAG Heuer.

TAG Heuer boutiques and workshops. Stores and workshops operated by TAG Heuer or TAG Heuer's affiliates.

TAG Heuer events, TAG Heuer desks, counters or booths at trade fairs and events. In particular, questionnaires, surveys or forms filled out by customers.

Other online or offline registration forms. For example, from contests or promotions.

In some cases, other sources of information. for example, contests and promotions.

Other sources when applicable: including through publicly available information as well as the use of CCTV cameras.

2 Which personal information we collect?

Depending on (i) the services provided by TAG Heuer and used by you, (ii) the source of that personal data, and (iii) the options and configuration of your terminal (in particular with respect to cookies and other tracers) , TAG Heuer will obtain and process the following types of personal data.

a. Personal data that you have provided to us

When you contact us, we may ask you to provide the following types of personal information.

This information is used to set up and manage your personal TAG Heuer account, your My TAG Heuer membership and/or orders you have placed with TAG Heuer, as well as to get in contact with you. It is also used to better identify your preferences and wishes as they relate to the products we offer.

Personal data that are essential for achieving the purposes described in this Policy (see Section 7) are indicated with an asterisk on the various pages of our website and/or underlined or otherwise highlighted, as appropriate, when you contact TAG Heuer. If you do not fill in these mandatory fields or do not provide us with this information, TAG Heuer may not be able to process your request and/or provide you with the requested products or services. 6 Custom Audiences and Customer Match

7 How we use your personal information

Personal information is transferred or shared between TAG Heuer, a branch of LVMH Swiss Manufacturing Ltd., and sales subsidiaries of TAG Heuer products and services for the purpose of managing and optimizing customer relations, as well as to inform you of special offers and news, subject to your consent and applicable law.
