TAG Heuer at the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix : The watches
TAG Heuer FORMULA 1 - McLAREN LIMITED EDITION
The quartz chronograph movement is accurate to a tenth of a second, displayed on the small counter at 6 o'clock, with the chronograph minute counter at 9 o'clock and the current seconds counter at 3 o'clock; These three small snailed counters contrast with the opaline black dial, giving an impression of speed as they reflect back the light. The case back pays tribute to the TAG Heuer – McLaren partnership in incredible style: it features a profile view engraving of an MP4 from 1985.
THE TAG HEUER CARRERA CALIBRE 16 CHRONOGRAPH SENNA EDITION
A 44mm-diameter automatic chronograph with date function. Anthracite grey sunray dial and three counters. The watch also features the famous stylized Senna ‘S’ in red lacquer, on the dial, case back and bezel, with a tachymeter scale. Elegant touches of ‘Legend’ red, the same shade as the Senna ‘S’, also accentuate the watch's racing spirit and Senna brand´s performance style. The timepiece is completed by the ‘Legend’ steel bracelet.
TAG HEUER CARRERA - CARA DELEVINGNE
The special edition designed for Cara Delevingne is part of the TAG Heuer Carrera collection. It picks up on the same codes: the elegant case with faceted lugs and the clear, highly legible dial are in stark contrast to its entirely black and charcoal grey treatment. For a feminine touch, and to add an edge to the look, the appliques and hands are rose gold-plated.
TAG HEUER CARRERA – CALIBRE HEUER 01
New case, new construction, new design and new calibre. Presenting the TAG Heuer Carrera - Heuer 01. A Manufacture chronograph symbolically christened the Heuer 01 in honour of the founder, Edouard Heuer. 01 because it represents the markedly horological development of the calibre 1887, on which the backbone of the new collection will be based. Its supremely clean new design reveals the chronograph controls and the openworked date disc on the dial side. On the case-back, its red column wheel - a bold visual anchor - the skeleton chronograph bridge and the black weight also draw the eye into the mechanism.
