As the first Saudi woman to climb Mount Everest and a new friend of the brand, Raha Moharrak came to Switzerland and took a tour of the TAG Heuer manufacture.

Far from the 8’848 meters of Mount Everest climbed by the young alpinist in 2013, TAG Heuer is honored to have welcomed Raha Moharrak in its manufacture and its 360-degree museum. A first in the Swiss mountains for the brand’s new friend.

Visit of the Haute-Horlogerie Workshop where the most complex pieces come to life. Discovery of the test labs where each model’s components are tried and tested. Immersion into the 360-degree museum to explore TAG Heuer’s legacy. The young climber met watchmakers, engineers and experts to talk of their savoir-faire and the values they perpetrate.

Accuracy, commitment, resistance – for Raha Moharrak, the #dontcrackunderpressure motto is embodied in each moment of her daily life, and leads her to face new challenges. An unerring strength and willingness to overcome each challenge along the way while achieving what had yet appeared impossible.

Raha Moharrak made History at the age of 25 when she triumphantly reached the Himalaya’s highest peak. Her life changed the day she climbed her first mountain, the Kilimanjaro. Thereafter defying the the seven continents’ highest peaks, she became a pioneer in the Middle-East by ascending the Mount Everest. And even more so, her resolute determination makes her an inspiration.
