Official Timekeeper and launch of a TAG Heuer Connected Modular 45 special edition: in 2018, TAG Heuer pursues its passion for the Tour of Italy.

In 2017, TAG Heuer celebrated the 100th anniversary of the mythical race by becoming its Official Timekeeper. For the next Giro, the Swiss watchmaker is getting back on the saddle and confirming its commitment to the world of cycling.

Starting and finishing arches as well as intermediate time checkpoints, logos and TAG Heuer chronometers will be present all along the Giro d’Italia 2018.

TAG Heuer’s passion for the pink jersey will also be embodied by a special edition watch: the TAG Heuer Connected Modular 45 Giro d’Italia.

Limited to 101 pieces for the race’s 101st edition, the watch represents the first one for the Giro ‘s upcoming 100-year anniversary. Its rubber strap adorns the mythical pink color of the jersey, a symbol of victory and determination. Its back case bears the inscription ‘Giro d’Italia’ and its dial, available in either pink or anthracite, features the Giro logo.

The TAG Heuer Connected Modular Giro d’Italia will be sold in a special presentation box, including an extra black strap and a cycling jersey with the TAG Heuer logo designed by Castelli.
