  1. Information on how to enter and prize details are stated in these Conditions of Entry. By entering this competition, entrants are taken to have accepted these Conditions of Entry.

  2. Period of competition = 01/11/2017 – 31/01/2018 inclusive.

  3. Entry is open to employees of authorised TAG Heuer retailers in Australia & New Zealand, over the age of 18 only.

  4. For every 5 TAG Heuer mechanical or quartz timepieces sold by an eligible entrant during the competition period, the employee will receive ONE entry into the prize draw, as well as ONE $100 David Jones gift voucher.

  5. Entries are not capped and ONE entry, and ONE $100 David Jones gift voucher will be awarded each time an eligible entrant sells 5 TAG Heuer mechanical or quartz timepieces.

  6. Sales of TAG Heuer Connected watches, Connected Modular 45 watches & TAG Heuer Connected Modular 45 accessories are excluded from this promotion. A separate incentive applies for sales of Connected.

  7. The employee must provide the correct serial number, reference number, receipt number and date of each timepiece sold to be eligible for entry. Any sales which cannot be supported by a serial number, reference number, receipt number and date of sale will be void.

  8. Once this information is validated, the employee will receive a ticket containing a unique numerical sequence. The receipt of this ticket will be retained by the Promoter, with the employee’s name recorded against the ticket’s unique numerical sequence.

  9. To finalise the entry, the employee will be required to complete an online form at tagheuer.com/en-au/news/aus-trade-incentive-2017 and tell the Promoter in 25 words or less “Why do you want to visit TAG Heuer’s Headquarters and manufacturing facility in Switzerland?”

  10. All entries must be received by 7 February 2018 to be eligible.

  11. All entries will be judged anonymously by an independent panel of a minimum three (3) judges, with the six (6) most creative entries awarded as the winners.

  12. A total of six (6) winners will be selected.

  13. This is a game of skill, and chance has no impact on the outcome.

  14. The prize draw will take place at 10am, 14 February 2018 at the office of LVMH Watch & Jewellery Pty Ltd, Level 5, Rialto North Tower, 525 Collins St, Melbourne, VIC 3000.

  15. The winners will be notified by phone & email by 15 February 2018.

  16. Prize must be claimed by 14 March 2018.

  17. In the event that a prize is not claimed, the unclaimed prize draw will take place at 10am, 15 March 2018 at the office of LVMH Watch & Jewellery Pty Ltd, Level 5, Rialto North Tower, 525 Collins St, Melbourne, VIC 3000.

  18. The main prizes consists of 6 x 5-day, 4-night trips to the TAG Heuer Headquarters in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland including return economy flights, all transfers, all meals and 4 nights’ accommodation at a minimum 4-star hotel.

  19. Travel dates will be determined by the Promoter and communicated to the winners with a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice.

  20. Only employees who are still employed with the same employer with whom they were working at the time of submitting an entry into the competition will be eligible to redeem the prize.

  21. Winners must have a valid passport with an expiry date valid at least 6 months after the date of travel. Costs associated with passport applications are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

  22. Any required visas for travel to Switzerland are the responsibility of the winner. Costs associated with visa applications are not included.

  23. Spending money & incidental costs are not included in the prize.

  24. Travel insurance must be taken out by all competition winners, and is at winners’ own cost.

  25. Prize is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

  26. Prize is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  27. The nature of this trip is a training in TAG Heuer watch manufacturing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications of prize winnings. Eligible entrants and their employers should seek independent financial and tax advice prior to participating in the promotion.  

  28. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (incl. photograph, film, file and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

  29. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

  30. If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by fraud, unauthorised intervention, vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or recommence the Competition.

  31. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can request access to the personal information the promoter holds about them by contacting LVMH Watch & Jewellery on 03 8614 4300.
