Ulrich Wohn, CEO e presidente di TAG Heuer, ha avuto l'onore di dare il benvenuto agli ospiti, incluso Elon Musk, direttore e CEO di Tesla Motors Inc.

 

In occasione dell'evento, gli invitati hanno potuto gustare cocktail raffinati, incluso il rinomato Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, e pregustare la mostra dedicata ai modelli storici e più recenti del marchio che meglio rappresentano la tradizionale passione della Maison per l'innovazione e la tecnologia d'avanguardia. Tra le creazioni esposte, spiccava anche la TAG Heuer Tesla Roadster

 

essendo Malibu l'undicesima tappa del giro attorno al mondo dell'esclusiva automobile. Nel mese di marzo 2010, Leonardo DiCaprio, testimonial di TAG Heuer e attore plurinominato agli Oscar, ha dato il via a Basilea, in Svizzera, all'Odyssey of Pioneers, il giro del mondo che la straordinaria fuoriserie compirà in sei mesi. Da allora, la TAG Heuer Tesla Roadster ha visitato Monaco, la Grande Muraglia Cinese e l'India, dove hanno avuto l'onore di guidarla rispettivamente il Principe Alberto, l'attore Chen Dao Ming e il Maharaja dell'India.

 

All'inizio del mese, la testimonial del marchio e campionessa di tennis Maria Sharapova ha accolto la TAG Heuer Tesla Roadster in terra statunitense e l'ha guidata tra le strade di Manhattan Beach, in California. Durante l'estate, la fuoriserie attraverserà l'intero paese e si fermerà in numerose città, incluse Las Vegas, Miami e New York, dove TAG Heuer ha in programma due esclusive serate previste per il 19 agosto e il 2 settembre.

 

La TAG Heuer Tesla Roadster proseguirà alla volta di Londra e Parigi, dove terminerà il suo percorso. Al termine dell'Odyssey, l'automobile avrà percorso più di 40.000 chilometri in tre continenti.

Ieri sera, in occasione di una serata esclusiva organizzata presso una residenza privata di Malibu, l'élite dell'intrattenimento, della moda e dei media ha festeggiato la straordinaria “Odyssey of Pioneers” . L'evento, accessibile solo su invito, ha visto la partecipazione di vari personaggi famosi come la star di Twilight Kellan Lutz, Joe Manganiello di True Blood, Johny Galecki di Big Band Theory e Tim Daly di Private Practice. Tra i presenti, c'era anche Renaud Dutreil, direttore di LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton Inc.
